Refund Policy

1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with Rehearse. This policy outlines when and how you can request a refund for paid subscriptions.
2. Free Tier
Rehearse offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required, and therefore no refund applies to free usage.
3. Paid Subscriptions
If you are unsatisfied with your paid subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
4. Eligibility
Refunds are available when:
- The request is made within 7 days of charge.
- You have not used a significant portion of the subscription benefits (e.g. more than 50% of allocated sessions).
- The account has not been terminated for Terms of Service violations.
5. Non-Refundable Cases
- Requests made after the 7-day window.
- Partial-month or mid-cycle cancellations (you retain access until the end of the billing period).
- Accounts suspended for abuse or policy violations.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at adnan.shah@rehearse.to with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
7. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
