• Voice data: Audio recordings during rehearsal sessions, processed in real-time for analysis. We do not permanently store raw audio recordings.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our AI voice rehearsal services.
• Generate performance reports and personalised feedback.
• Send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, account updates).
• Analyse aggregated, anonymised usage trends.

4. Third-Party AI Services

Rehearse uses third-party AI services to deliver voice coaching functionality. By using our services, you acknowledge that the following data is shared with these providers:

• Groq Inc. (groq.com): Your voice recordings are sent to Groq for speech-to-text transcription using Whisper. Session transcripts are also sent to Groq to generate AI coaching feedback and responses.
• Microsoft Edge TTS / Orpheus TTS: Text-to-speech services are used to generate AI voice responses during coaching sessions. Only the AI-generated text is sent to these services, not your personal data.

These providers process your data solely to deliver the service. Your data is not used for advertising, model training, or shared with other third parties. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We also use trusted third-party providers for cloud hosting and payment processing, which are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session data and performance reports are kept to provide you with historical insights. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your Rights
